The Challenge
What We Were Up Against
The client needed acoustic separation for four meeting rooms while keeping the open-plan aesthetic. The existing concrete ceiling made standard top-channel fixing impossible in two zones, requiring a freestanding post system. The installation also had to happen over a single weekend to avoid business disruption.
Our Solution
How We Solved It
We designed a hybrid system: channel-mounted double-glazed partitions for the two standard zones (achieving 42dB acoustic reduction) and a freestanding post-and-glass system for the concrete ceiling areas. Frosted manifestation graphics were applied to all meeting room glass for privacy. The full installation was completed Saturday to Sunday.
