The Challenge
What We Were Up Against
The development had three different window sizes across the 12 units, and the schedule required all units to be glazed within a two-week window before handover. The proximity to a main road also meant acoustic performance was a priority alongside thermal efficiency.
Our Solution
How We Solved It
We supplied and installed A-rated double-glazed units with a low-e coating and argon gas fill for thermal performance, combined with an acoustic interlayer in the road-facing units. All 12 units were completed in 11 days using two installation teams working in parallel.
